All Feral Termite products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at feraltermite@feraltermite.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
